I Don't Ever See My Boyfriend

Well, I have a boyfriend and I meet him only once a week. I'm the type of girl that likes to see her boyfriend like 2 or 3 days a week. He is a year younger than me and he doesn't have a cell phone so he never talks to me.

I really do like him but I barely see him and I'm not sure what to do. Please help me. I don't wanna break up with him cuz I'm in love with him and I know he is in love too. I can't call his house because I can't talk to his parents so please give me ideas on what to do!!
