Ok, so there's this guy. He likes me......ALOT. We are constantly on the phone texting and talking. I've never met him in person though. He's my friend Bre's cousin. I kinda like him but I said no when he asked me out.
Even if I wanted to say yes I couldn't because my friend Monique and I have a promise NOT to go out with him because of former issues. I'm moving to another state in about 3 or 4 months and I will probably never see him again. Some of my friends say go for it, live a little, but what should I do. HELP!
