I'm thinking of going to a spa because I have this gift certificate. Yea you may laugh, but I hear they are really relaxing. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone knows what they do there. I've heard of these body wraps or hydrotherapy treatments. Massages also look pretty good. I'm wondering how much of your clothes you need to take off? Has anyone done this? E-mail me if you know stuff about this. Also, if you know what stuff would be good to do, that'd be appreciated. Are they really as relaxing as people claim? I mean they look soothing, but I think I'd be a little embarrassed to go. Thanks.

I have never had a massage but they say they reduce the stress levels and are very relaxing.

u should totally go cuz the massages feel soooooo good!! at some spas u have to take off all of ur clothes but at others u dont
